ADT recently participated in Requity's annual Day of Service in Baltimore, Maryland, joining employees, community partners and residents in hands-on neighborhood improvement projects designed to support long-term homeowners and strengthen local communities.
As a long-time ADT Safe Places partner, Requity works to address blight remediation, neighborhood engagement, and resident support across Baltimore. The Day of Service represents the continued commitment between both organizations to create a visible, lasting impact in communities where it matters most.
“ADT Safe Places is about helping people feel more secure in the places they live, work and build their lives,” said Quiana Pinckney, ADT's Vice President, Corporate & Brand Communications. “That mission comes to life through partners like Requity, whose hands-on work is creating visible, meaningful change in Baltimore neighborhoods. We’re proud to support that impact through both funding and employee volunteering, working alongside residents and community partners to help build safer, stronger communities.”

ADT's participation included a $30,000 Safe Places partner grant to Requity and a $10,000 contribution to Signal 13, the Baltimore Police Department Foundation. The combined $40,000 investment reflects ADT's strategy of concentrating resources in communities where established partnerships enable measurable, long-term impact. In addition to the grant, ADT employees participated in a full day of service alongside Requity staff and community residents.
“Investing in your community matters,” said Michael Rosenband, Requity's Founder and Executive Director. “ADT has been a longtime partner, and we're grateful for the time, resources and support they continue to provide. It's encouraging to see a company not just talk about community, but actively invest in it. That commitment makes a lasting difference.”
