Jim DeVries is President and CEO of ADT and joined the company in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining ADT, he spent nearly a decade at Allstate Insurance Company, serving as Executive Vice President of Operations as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, with responsibility for real estate and administration, human resources, and procurement. Jim has also held various executive and management roles at Principal Financial Group, Ameritech, Quaker Oats Company, and Andrew Corporation.
Currently, Jim serves on the boards of ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility services and solutions, and Amsted Industries Inc., a diversified global manufacturer of industrial components. He is a past board member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, the Chicago Public Library Foundation, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity International University, a master’s degree from Loyola University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Dan Bresingham is Executive Vice President, ADT Commercial, where he oversees all P&L activity for national accounts and commercial businesses. He previously served as ADT’s Chief Administrative Officer, where he led M&A and was accountable for HR and business operations. Dan has held leadership roles in the security industry since 2004, as Controller at HSM Security (now Stanley) as well as CFO of Stanley Convergent Security Solutions and Protection 1. Prior to joining the industry, he held positions at Arthur Andersen, PwC, and Universal Access. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and is a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor.
Jamie Haenggi is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, ADT Solar. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the security and telecom industries and is recognized as a leader who builds cultures which inspire world-class customer service and team engagement. Prior to joining ADT in 2017, Jamie was Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer at Protection 1, Inc. and Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Customer Experience at Vonage, Inc. She also led sales and marketing departments at ADT in previous years as well as at Holmes Protection Group and National Guardian Corporation. Jamie currently serves on the board of directors for Enphase Energy. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Japanese from the University of Minnesota. She has been honored in the Marketing Hall of Femme and is a multi-year SAMMY Industry Marketing Award winner.
Harriet Harty joined ADT in 2020 as the Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining ADT, Harriet served over 23 years at Allstate in various leadership roles, including their Chief Human Resource Officer and most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sompo International. Harriet has a passion for community involvement and has extensive board of directors experience, having served as an advisory board member for After School Matters and a Board Member for Women Employed. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Keith Holmes is Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at ADT, where he has overall responsibility for driving sales, business development and channel strategies. He has more than 30 years of experience, most recently as Executive Vice President, Head of Cox Business at Cox Communications, Inc., where he was responsible for driving the strategic direction of the high-growth division and overseeing all financial, sales, operations, product development and marketing for business customers. Prior to Cox, Keith held executive roles at AT&T Mobility and Bell South. Keith holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
DeLu Jackson is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ADT. Prior to joining ADT in 2021, Jackson served as Vice President, Precision Marketing at Conagra Brands where he was responsible for integrated marketing, e-commerce, brand strategy and advertising. He has more than 20 years of marketing experience, including senior roles for the domestic and international operations at brands including Kellogg Company, McDonald’s and Nissan. He has a Master of Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
Marc Jones is Executive Vice President, Solar at ADT where he leads the residential solar energy and energy storage business. He joined ADT in 2021 when ADT acquired Sunpro Solar, the company he founded and led since 2008. Under his leadership, Sunpro Solar was named second largest residential solar contractor in the U.S. by Solar Power World Magazine in 2021. Before founding Sunpro, Marc founded his own construction company after having worked as an accountant for Arthur Anderson. He was a recipient of the Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Gulf Coast Region in 2019 and is currently a board member for the Gulf States Renewable Energy Industries Association (GSREIA). Marc is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Jeff Likosar is President, Corporate Development and Chief Transformation Officer at ADT. He is the immediate past Chief Financial Officer of ADT, a position he held for more than five years. Jeff is responsible for corporate strategy, business development, partnerships, pricing and product strategy, and organizational transformation. Before joining ADT in 2016, he served as CFO at Gardner Denver and held various executive finance roles at Dell and GE. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Ken Porpora is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ADT. He is responsible for all finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, operational finance, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, and investor relations. Ken has been with ADT for nearly 25 years, holding leadership roles across finance, sales, marketing, and operations. Ken received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University.
David Smail was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of ADT in 2019. He has more than 25 years of experience in the U.S. and internationally, including 10 years of law firm corporate and securities transactional practice and more than 15 years in public company general counsel roles. He most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer for Scientific Games Corporation. Prior to that he held the role of Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Morgans Hotel Group, an international hospitality company, and previously was Executive Vice President and Group General Counsel of global advertising and communications services business Havas S.A. He also was a partner in the international law firm Hogan Lovells (previously Hogan & Hartson). He received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude in biology and French from Macalester College.
Don Young is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ADT. He previously served as the company’s Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, Field Operations. Don started in the alarm industry in 1988 after serving four years in the United States Air Force as a computer programmer analyst. Since then he has held various leadership roles across many areas within the security industry. Don is a past president of The Monitoring Association (TMA) and of the Partnership for Priority Video Alarm Response (PPVAR).
