Jim DeVries is Chairman of our Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of ADT. Jim joined ADT in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, was appointed President in September 2017, CEO in December 2018 and Chairman in 2023.
Currently, he serves on the board of directors of ABM and is Lead Director on the board of Amsted Industries Inc.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity International University, a master’s degree from Loyola University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
